The VP, Inside Sales is a significant and critical leadership role at Equifax. This position will ensure the successful execution of strategy through a group of inside sales professionals to deliver results in key verticals at Equifax. The VP leads a team of 4 Inside Sales Managers covering a high volume of accounts and deals and is responsible for significant revenue generation and growth.
What you'll do
Develop senior executive client relationships and overall Equifax engagement within multiple inside sales client accounts
Lead a team to effectively manage client accounts, direct and guide orchestration of other Equifax resources efficiently to further drive sales and revenue growth of a full solutions portfolio
Partner within a team that is large and complex, including multiple layers of management roles and teams
Drive the team's successful execution of revenue goals as they sell solutions in a consultative manner with buyers, decision makers, influencers and client executives
Engage directly with executive clients in partnership with and in support of the Account Executives to ensure successful outcomes
Manage a broad and diverse pipeline of clients and accounts
Guide teams in sales pursuit planning, RFI/RFP response development, contracting and negotiation, account strategy development and other planning activities
Responsible for strategic planning, growth initiative development, and leading client innovation sessions
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree
15+ years of client-facing B2B sales experience working for or selling technology or data solutions
7+ years of sales leadership experience with proven ability to manage, develop, and lead an inside sales team with evidence showing the achievement of sales quota
An understanding of the regulatory/compliance environment and the competitive landscape
Experience in relationship management with a clear and proven ability to communicate and build relationships with senior level executives and connect client needs with Equifax solutions
Ability to travel 20% (monthly)
Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in either the One Atlantic Center or Alpharetta office
