Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
As a Senior Paralegal, HR/Employment Law, you will work closely with attorneys and HR professionals to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations globally, provide legal facilitation in employee relations matters, help to manage outside counsel budgeting and litigation management, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. In particular, you will be assisting with legal research, drafting legal and training documents, and managing case files. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the legal team and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will report directly to the Chief Labor and Employment Counsel located in Morris Plains, NJ and provide support for the global Labor and Employment Law and Investigations team.
Your expertise in HR and employment law will be essential in maintaining a fair and respectful work environment and mitigating legal risks.
