Hours: Monday – Friday
Pay: Bi-Weekly
Reports to: Area Manager
Supervisory Responsibility: None

Position Overview:
The Inventory & Receiving Coordinator maintains and oversees company's inventory and parts ordering and receiving. They are responsible for the organization of the parts and inventory storage and accuracy of the inventory counts on a monthly basis for the assigned area(s). They will be required to utilize the company's custom software solution for tracking inventory consumption through Field Operations work orders, as well as submitting and receiving parts requests within the software system. Their duties may include negotiating contracts with local service providers, ordering, inventory, and inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating any renovations and updates.
