Data Entry Clerk (Administrative)
JOB SUMMARY:
This position works in two departments. One half day in the Facilities Department in the role of Facilities Credentialing Specialist and one half day in the corporate office in the role as Receptionist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess good communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to interact with staff, visitors in a calm and professional manner, both in person and by telephone. Must be able to deal with emergency and stressful situations in a positive and calming manner. General knowledge of building maintenance operations and terminology. Must be able to understand basic technical concepts and tasks. Must be able to function independently and with minimum guidance and direction. Must have strong computer skills and be able to utilize appropriate application software. Must have above average typing and reasoning skills. Able to communicate effectively, in English, both written and orally. Must enjoy contact and have a compassion for seniors. Must present self well dressed, neat, and well groomed. Must be able to promote a positive and professional image of St. Paul's at all times. Must be capable of using good judgment and acting independently with no or little supervisions.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Position requires a high school diploma or its equivalency. Associates Degree not required, but preferred. Experience with public as a receptionist strongly desired.
