Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manager for our Account Follow-Up Services team. This role involves leading a team to ensure timely and accurate follow-up on client accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing revenue collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Account Follow-Up Team: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets performance goals.
Develop and Implement Strategies: Create plans to improve account follow-up processes and enhance efficiency.
Monitor Performance Metrics: Track key indicators to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Train and Mentor Staff: Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work with other teams to resolve account issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Handle Escalated Issues: Address complex account problems and implement solutions.
Prepare Reports: Generate regular reports on team performance and account statuses for senior management.
Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze processes to find and implement enhancements.
Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
