Manager, Account Follow-Up Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager for our Account Follow-Up Services team. This role involves leading a team to ensure timely and accurate follow-up on client accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing revenue collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Account Follow-Up Team: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets performance goals.

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create plans to improve account follow-up processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track key indicators to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

  • Train and Mentor Staff: Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members.

  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work with other teams to resolve account issues and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Handle Escalated Issues: Address complex account problems and implement solutions.

  • Prepare Reports: Generate regular reports on team performance and account statuses for senior management.

  • Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze processes to find and implement enhancements.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
