Intern, Customer Experience - Summer 2022 - 007050 (Finance)

The Summer College Internship Program is a 10-week, paid internship experience that provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to attend development workshops, network, and be part of our company. Our college interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored under their respective managers, and continue to develop throughout the entire summer. In addition, through the internship program, our interns can attend development workshops that are focused on key concepts within the divisional tracks of Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Human Resources, Strategic Business Programs, and Project Management and other non-technical based degree programs.
Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
We are creative problem solvers and makers. Our CX intern helps us collect and analyze the voice of our customers, then tell the story of those customers. We use that information in designing experiences that deliver on our guiding principles. This could include building out what an end to end use of a new product might look like, revising communications that go to members via email, print, text or the web, immersing yourself in an experience we have today to review gaps and opportunities and conducting research about those not shaking up the industry, but the world, with their human-first experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have writing skills and experience with human-centered design
