The Project Coordinator provides high-level support to designated senior leaders within Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Outstanding Communication Skills. Must demonstrate competence and ease communicatingwith senior executives and their teams, as characterized by excellent verbal skills on the telephone and written skills in drafting and editing client-facing documents.
Intelligence and Intellectual Curiosity. Must be genuinely interested in learning aboutbusiness and industry characteristics/needs. Need the ability to quickly learn industry / company fundamentals. Needs sufficient conceptual skills to understand broad industry concepts.
High Energy Level. Must work on multiple assignments simultaneously, adhere to best practiceguidelines. Must be willing to work hours required to complete the assignment.
Contribution to Team and Resources. Must be recognized as a natural team player who isinvested in the success of the team as a whole.
Entrepreneurial Spirit. Works with minimal direction; is a self-starter.
Efficiency. Works with multiple managers and prioritizes task effectively. Embraces the factthat Korn Ferry teams must prioritize client needs above all while adhering to the highest quality standards.
Persistence and Thoroughness. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, able toassertively navigate organizational structures, but with sensitivity and finesse. Reliably complete necessary paperwork and follow procedures effectively.
Discretion. Must project an understanding and appreciation for the confidentiality of client andcandidate information and protect it as appropriate.
