Service Desk Associate - Remote (Information Technology)
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, but can be flexible with start and end time. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking a Service Desk Associate to:
Education:
Minimum – Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Preferred – Bachelors or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred - Help Desk Institute (HDI) Support Center Analyst, ITIL Foundation certified.
