Marketing & Multimedia Specialist

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Multimedia Specialist to join our team. This role blends design, videography, and digital marketing to help us tell compelling stories, engage our audience, and elevate our brand. Location: This position will work in our Kearney, Nebraska, office.

Pay & Hours: This is an hourly position with overtime potential (pay will be dependent upon experience).  Will average 35-45 hours per week typically working normal daytime hours but will occasionally include longer days and weekends for special events.

Job Summary: The primary goal of this position is to produce products in multiple forms to engage our audience to develop product, brand, and company recognition.  Will include activities that motivate team members and help grow sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Branding
  • Create visually engaging graphics for web, social media, email, and print.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Videography & Editing
  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for promotional campaigns, social media, and internal use.
  • Manage video equipment and software, ensuring high production quality.
• Digital Marketing
  • Assist in developing and executing digital campaigns across social media, email, and web.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts as needed.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align messaging and goals.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
• Experience with cameras and video production tools (Premier, After Effects) is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Constant Contact, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience with web design is desirable.
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is helpful.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for long periods at a time while working on projects.
• Will occasionally have very active days doing video and camera work for projects or events.
• Will occasionally need to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
