A role you will love We are a company that believes that a live person and not an automated or voice mail system should be answering the phone. This allows us to provide that personal touch to our clients, vendors, prospects and all other callers. You will provide a first, and often continuous, impression of our company. You will possess exceptional phone skills, as well as strong administrative skills. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Answering multi-line phone system in a timely manner with frequent heavy call volume
Maintaining a courteous, friendly attitude and greeting all callers with a smile in their voice
Gathering caller information in a fast, efficient manner so callers are on hold for a minimal amount of time
Using internal databases to ensure detailed, accurate information is captured
Forwarding information to team members via instant message or email with caller information
Providing answers to callers that do not need to be directed to other team members

What will you bring to the role? As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer success and will have the ability to bring people together to work collaboratively, achieve objectives, and influence stakeholders to get the best outcome. Other key skills required for the role include:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Enthusiastic person that can sustain a positive composure during heavy call volume
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining efficiency
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required
Self-motivated person with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Good computer skills, including typing, scanning, email and internet research
Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical duties
Willing to learn multiple job skills
Mac knowledge is helpful preferred
