Infusion RN (Level I) (Finance)
100% FTE, Day/Eve, 8:00 - 4:30 or 9:00 - 5:30 with weekend rotation. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Belvidere Hospital.

Qualifications
Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Program. Required
BSN. Preferred
Work Experience
At least one year of Inpatient, Outpatient Hospital, or Oncology patient care experience. Required
Licenses & Certifications
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
Completion of Fundamentals of Infusion Therapy education course available through Infusion Nurse's Society or equivalent; The manager will review and approve equivalent education course certificate. Required
Infusion Nurse (CRNI) certification preferred within three years of hire. Required
BI-annual CPR certification. Required
