What Youll Do
As a Procurement Specialist, youll be a key part of our customer experience team. Youll process orders, assist clients, and ensure timely, accurate, and professional support. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Learn about our products and services to confidently support customers
Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
Keep customer records organized and up to date
Participate in product and process training
Process orders accurately and ensure all details are complete
Track orders and provide delivery updates
Assist with changes to orders (quantity, specifications, shipping, etc.)
Resolve order and shipping issues effectively
Document quotes, orders, and communications in our system
Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and Marketing teams
What You Bring
Associates or Bachelors Degree in a business-related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Team player with a customer-first mindset
