Summary of Position
The Senior Program Manager, Business Analytics is part of the MHC organization and plays a key leadership role in developing, implementing, and managing the data and analytics deliverables for our portfolio of consulting services and solutions. In this role, you will work directly with the MHC team and our clients to create comprehensive analytics-driven strategic recommendations to improve the clinical, operational, and financial performance of health care organizations. You will secure project materials, analyze data, and prepare client-facing reports that summarize key findings, market opportunities, financial assessment, recommendations, and next steps. Approaching work with an entrepreneurial mindset, securing internal partner engagement through collaboration with cross-functional teams, communicating with clarity to internal leaders and hospital executives, and delivering high-quality deliverables will be imperative to your success in this role.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Engagement within the Medtronic Healthcare Consulting organization and is focused on the delivery of our consulting solutions to U.S. Market Enterprise Accounts.
