Director of Operations (Government)

The Director of Operations serves as a multi-unit leader, supporting Ted's Montana Grill's Proprietors in leading their restaurants to success. The Director of Operations assists in strategic goal setting for their region and ensures exceptional execution in all areas of restaurant operations, including people, sales and profits. Based in Atlanta and reporting to the President, this role will manage restaurants in Georgia, the Mid-Atlantic & Northeast.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manpower planning and staffing for a region of 10 restaurants
• Building teams and developing a leadership pipeline for the future
• Ensuring Ops Excellence with a keen eye for detail
• Achieving financial results
• Ensuring an Only-at-Ted's experience for all of our Guests by setting clear expectations and recovering unhappy Guests
• Ensuring TMG systems are in place and part of restaurants' daily routine
• Ongoing feedback, coaching and performance management

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE 3+ years as a multi-unit supervisor
• Restaurant leadership experience required
• Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)
• Sustainable operational results with solid job history
• Stellar business acumen – managing a P&L, forecasting, budgets
• Enjoys hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Travel required

To help promote family and quality of life for our teams, Ted's Montana Grill closes our restaurants on July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
